In Tønder, we have cracked the code with one little word: “SAMMEN” (meaning: TOGETHER). The city is not just a commercial city – it is the essence of South Jutland hospitality, rooted in beautiful cultural heritage and strong communities, where we do things “SAMMEN”.
In 2024, “SAMMEN” became an initiative, a concept if you will – that will put extra focus on Tønder. It is a visually conveyed story about how, using the past, we want to hold on to the future in our very own way.
The goal is to attract visitors, get new neighbors and breathe new life into Tønder’s retail trade, so that we create a dynamic environment where both new and established retail can flourish and develop side by side.
